How to Make Authentic Bermuda Rum Swizzle

This recipe comes right from Swizzle Inn... 

 

Ingredients 

 

  • 4oz. Gosling's Black Seal Rum
  • 4oz. Gosling's Gold Bermuda Rum
  • 2oz. Triple Sec
  • 2oz. Bermuda Falernum (or simple syrup)
  • 50z. pineapple juice
  • 5oz. orange juice 
  • 2 lemons (juiced) 
  • 4 dashes Angostura bitters 

 

Method

 

  1. Add ingredients to a pitcher filled with crushed ice.
  2. Shake or stir until frothy.
